  4. Upon receipt of your tax deposit you will be sent a reservation letter with a toll-free number to call to provide your requested departure dates. All travel must be completed within one year of the reservation letter issue date.
  5. All reservation requests must be made by calling the toll-free telephone number on your reservation letter. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday stay-overs are included at no additional charge. You must provide two departure dates at least 90 days in advance of your first departure date and your departure dates must be at least 30 days apart. Both of your requested departure dates must be on dates where we have availability and we guarantee one of your requested departure dates will be granted. There is no availability during major holidays. Some destinations have limited or no availability during major conventions or specific events such as Mardi Gras in New Orleans or the LA Marathon.
  6. After you request your departure dates you will receive a confirmation letter within 30 days with your assigned departure date. Your assigned departure date will not be deemed confirmed unless CBE receives your signed confirmation letter prior to the deadline (printed on the confirmation letter). Once a requested departure date is assigned no changes or reschedules are allowed.
  7. Flights depart from the following airports: Denver (DEN), Salt Lake City (SLC) or the San Francisco Bay Area (OAK, SFO or SJC as assigned by CBE).
  8. The unused portion of your tax deposit (if any) will be refunded with your travel package. This certificate does not include transfers, meals, or any incidental expenses such as, but not limited to: resort fees, baggage fees, phone calls, gratuities or entertainment. Hotel may require a credit card imprint or deposit upon check-in to cover incidental expenses.
  10. Until CBE purchases your airline tickets and accommodations you may cancel and receive a full refund of your tax deposit. A personal CBE travel representative will contact you by phone to finalize the details of your trip before purchases are made. The travel representative will offer any available upgrades including preferred flights, upgraded hotels, extended stays and rates for Friday, Saturday and Sunday stay-overs at discounted wholesale rates that are not available to the public. Your travel package including deposit refund, airline tickets and/or itinerary will be mailed to you at least 10 days before your departure date. Failure to update changes in your address and telephone numbers will prevent your receipt of your travel package.
  11. This certificate is void where prohibited by law and may not be combined with any other discount or special promotion. No other representations, oral or otherwise are valid in conjunction with this certificate. This certificate is not valid for group travel. Group travel is defined as more than two passengers traveling together using multiple certificates. CBE is not responsible for any accident, injury, theft, property damage or personal loss in connection with any transportation, accommodations or other travel services arranged in the fulfillment of this certificate which result either directly or indirectly from any occurrence, including but not limited to, equipment breakdowns and/or defects, flight cancellations and/or delays, changes of itineraries, strikes, inclement weather, theft, terrorism and/or acts of war. This certificate is invalid if sold or bartered, and is nontransferable.
  12. Both travelers must be 21 years of age or older and both travelers must sign the certificate.

Mexico four night cruise with airfare for four

  1. This certificate is valid for round-trip airfare and a four night cruise for up to two adults and up to two children to Mexico. Staterooms generally used are Interior Category 1. Adult travelers must be over the age of 21 and child travelers must be under the age of 18 at the time of travel. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during travel.
  2. To register, you must fill out this certificate completely and return it to the address provided along with the required $50 per person fully refundable deposit to guarantee space availability. The deposit payment must be in the form of cashier’s check, money order or personal check and must be received with this certificate within 120 days from date of issue printed below. Please keep a copy for your records. A tax deposit invoice will be issued upon receipt of your fully completed certificate. The $50 per person fully refundable deposit will be refunded to you by check along with your travel package.
  3. Upon registration, you will receive a tax deposit invoice that you must return along with the required $196 per person tax deposit in the form of cashier’s check, money order or personal check. Minimum double occupancy is required. If your tax deposit exceeds the actual amount of taxes and fees any unused portion of your deposit will be refunded to you by check along with your travel package. Government imposed taxes and fees will not exceed $196 per person.
  4. Upon receipt of your invoice and reservation deposit you will be sent a reservation letter with a toll free number to call to make your reservations. All travel must be completed within one year of the reservation letter issue date.
  5. All reservations must be made by calling the toll-free telephone number provided on your reservation letter. You must provide three departure dates at least 60 days in advance of your first date and 30 days between subsequent dates. Your departure dates must be before your expiration date and not during weeks with major US holidays including Christmas, New Years, Independence Day, Labor Day, Presidents Day and Thanksgiving. We recommend you call at least seven months before your expiration date. If you follow these simple rules about making your reservation, we guarantee that one of your three departure dates will be granted.
  6. After you request your departure dates you will receive a confirmation letter within 30 days with your assigned departure date. Your departure date will not be deemed confirmed unless CBE receives your signed confirmation letter prior to the deadline (printed on the confirmation letter). Once a requested departure date is assigned no changes or reschedules are allowed.
  7. Government imposed taxes and fees (approx. $175 to $196 per person) are the sole responsibility of the travelers and will be deducted from your tax deposit. Taxes and fees include but are not limited to: Airline Federal Excise Tax, Federal Security Tax, Local Passenger Facility Charges, Cruise Taxes, Port Charges, Fuel Surcharges and other cruise line imposed surcharges. Travelers are responsible for ground transportation, accommodations or any incidental expenses such as baggage fees, phone calls, gratuities, meals or entertainment that is not included during the cruise. You are responsible for all onboard purchases and some onboard fee based activities such as spa treatments and shore excursions.
  8. This certificate is valid for international travel. Travelers are responsible for meeting all requirements of domestic and foreign customs and/or immigration and naturalization. A passport may be required for travel, visit http://travel.state.gov for more information. Cruise departs from Long Beach, CA and includes stops in Catalina and Ensenada.
  9. Round-trip air transportation must originate from these cities: Denver, San Francisco Bay Area (OAK, SFO or SJC as assigned by CBE) or Salt Lake City.
  10. Flights arrive into Los Angeles. Specific flights are subject to availability and will be assigned by CBE. Flights may involve stopovers, layovers and/or changes of plane. Flights will arrive no more than 24 hours prior to your cruise embarkation time and flights will depart no more than 24 hours after your cruise debarkation time. Travelers are responsible for accommodations during the period between the flights and cruise if necessary.
  11. Until CBE purchases your airline tickets and/or cruise you may cancel and receive a full refund of all monies paid. A personal CBE travel representative will contact you by phone to finalize the details of your trip before purchases are made. Your travel package including airline itinerary and sailing documents will be mailed to you at least 10 days before your departure date. Failure to update changes to your address and telephone numbers will prevent your receipt of your airline tickets and/or itinerary, as well as the return of your $50 per person fully refundable deposit.
  12. This certificate is nontransferable, is void where prohibited by law, may not be combined with any other discount or special promotion, and is invalid if sold or bartered. No other representations, oral or otherwise are valid in conjunction with this certificate.
  13. This certificate is not valid for group travel. Group travel is defined as more than two passengers traveling together using multiple certificates.
  14. CBE is not responsible for any accident, injury, theft, property damage or personal loss in connection with any transportation, accommodations or other travel services arranged in the fulfillment of this certificate which result either directly or indirectly from any occurrence, including but not limited to, equipment breakdowns and/or defects, cancellations and/or delays, changes of itineraries, strikes, inclement weather, theft, terrorism and/or acts of war.
  15. Both adult travelers must sign the certificate.

4/3 All Inclusive Mexico

  1. This certificate is valid for round-trip air transportation for two adults to Cancun, Dominican Republic or Puerto Vallarta and three nights of all-inclusive accommodations. All-inclusive hotels include complimentary meals and beverages. Hotels for Cancun are provided in Cancun or Rivera Maya. Hotels for Dominican Republic are provided in Punta Cana or Puerto Plato.
  2. To register, you must fill out this certificate completely and return it to the address provided along with the required $50 per person fully refundable deposit to guarantee space availability. Expect a response in 2-4 weeks. The deposit payment must be in the form of cashier’s check, money order or personal check and must be received with this certificate within 120 days from the date of issue. Please keep a copy for your records. A tax deposit invoice will be issued upon receipt of your fully completed certificate. Time Out Vacation

1. This certificate entitles the recipient to an 8-day, 7-night resort accommodation stay for two 21 years of age or older and up to two children under age 18, during value travel season only. Unit check-in and out varies from Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday and is specified by the resort. Larger units are available for additional fees as follows: two-bedroom sleeping 6 is $275.00 and three-bedroom sleeping 8 is $450.00. Limited peak travel times are available for an additional $350.00. No pets and no smoking.

2. Reservations are based on availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. The resort and unit size will be assigned when reservations are made. Not all unit sizes are available at all times or at all destinations. Excluded are all Holidays and Special Event weeks, including but not limited to, Christmas, Easter and the Daytona 500. Yearly fluctuations can cause Value and Peak Season months to change from year to year. To accommodate a request, alternative dates or destinations may be offered. Requested travel dates must be submitted 120 days in advance.

3. This certificate must be activated within 45 days of Issue Date. An Activation Letter will be mailed to you within 72 hours (please allow for mail time) and will provide you with a certification Authorization Number and a website to request your Time Out Vacation. Your activated Certificate will be valid for 12 months from Activation Date.

4. A refundable $200 security deposit will be due at the time you place your online request, payable by credit card only. The deposit will be refunded when your 12 month Activation Period has expired or within 14 days of travel provided no damage has been done to the condominium and nothing is missing. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card used to make the deposit.

5. To reserve your condominium, submit a Request Form found on the website (provided in your Authorization Letter) and choose two destinations and dates of travel. A representative will contact you within 10 business days of submitting an online request. Once a reservation is made, a Guest Reservation Confirmation, including check-in information and directions, will be mailed to you. Your Guest Reservation Confirmation and photo identification will be required upon check-in, and it is the Guest’s responsibility to provide proper documentation such as Passports, Birth Certificates, Visas, Photo Identification, etc., for travel, if necessary.

6. This Certificate is for accommodations only and does not include transportation, airfare, meals, telephone calls or any other personal expenses. Guests are responsible for any and all additional taxes, fees and charges assessed by a host resort, and Guest(s) may be required to provide a major credit card to cover miscellaneous expenses.

7. Once complete, all reservations are non-cancelable and nonrefundable.

8. Only one certificate per household per year may be used. Certificate is nontransferable and may only be used by the original recipient. Not intended for conventions or group travel. It is not valid for Global Connections (GCI) employees or their immediate families. This certificate may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount offered by GCI or Time Out Vacations (TOV).

9. GCI and TOV will not assume any responsibility for loss, delay, accident, injury or damage to persons, property or any liability whatsoever arising from or in conjunction with services provided as an accommodations agent. GCI and TOV assumes no responsibility for services or acts performed or not performed by resorts or other suppliers, or cancellations due to nature, mechanical breakdown, strikes, acts of God or for any cause whatsoever due to delays.

10. This certificate has no cash redemption value and is non-transferable and cannot be sold to the end user.

11. This offer is not valid where restricted or prohibited by law, and all assignees are put on notice of the consumer’s rights to cancel under section 559.933, Florida Statutes.
